Important Notes
Tourism Dirham Fee is 10 AED (3*), 15 AED (4*) and 20 AED (5*) per room per night which needs to be paid at time of check-in or check-out (as per hotel policy).
Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on Telegram app.
Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
Check-in time in Dubai is 3 pm. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
Room sizes in following hotels are small e.g. City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), City Season Towers (240 sq ft). Opt for apartments or 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.
If you are traveling with elderly people or infants or pregnant women, then Desert Safari is not advisable for you. You can opt for desert safari without dune bashing in that case.
All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
If you staying in a hotel located in Deira, for most of the shared tours/transfers, you may be one of the first to be picked and last to be dropped. Thus it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
All Dubai Hotels charge Tourism Fee in AED, which needs to be paid at the time of check-in or check-out from the hotel.
While visiting Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque all travelers need to follow dress code. Long, loose fitting, ankle length trousers or skirts for women and men. Women must wear a headscarf.
Carrying alcohol in vehicle or while on tour is not allowed. There is heavy fine of AED 50,000 if caught.
For any change in pickup timing of private tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance in the Telegram app. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
It is recommended to buy a SIM card with data before coming out of airport in Dubai. This will help you to get in touch with drivers easily as WhatsApp calls do not work in Dubai.

Health
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your travel.
You should ensure that such insurance is adequate to meet your potential requirements, including for medical expenses arising from sickness or injury during your travel, non-refundable items or loss or damage to your belongings and cover for activities like cruise, snow, adventure sports and high-risk activities. Please be aware that your travel insurance will be subject to strict limitations and conditions including a requirement for full disclosure of material facts including pre-existing medical conditions.
Terms and Conditions
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
There will be no refund for any unutilized services (meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport and sightseeing etc) for any reason whatsoever.
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.
All prices are subject to availability and change and may be withdrawn without notice. All prices are guaranteed only when paid for in full by you. Price changes may occur by circumstances outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors may include but not limited to adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

Our Scope of Services
Agent
We act as an agent for and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers. Any services we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorise us to) make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties.
All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers.
We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request.
Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment or expenses caused directly or indirectly, by acts, omissions or default, whether by negligence or otherwise, by any Principal or by any other event beyond our control, including, without limitation, strikes, accidents, pandemics or outbreaks of infectious diseases, quarantine restriction, public health decree, state of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, acts of God or where not preventable by our reasonable diligence. Where our liability cannot be excluded and where our liability may be lawfully limited, then that liability will be limited to the remedies provided by law.
Passports & Visas
All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.
When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid New Zealand passport. If this is not the case, you must let us know. It is important that you ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility (except to the extent caused by fault on our part).
If you need information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip, please let your consultant know. We can provide you with general information on visa and passport requirements that apply to international travel bookings you make with us.
Our consultants can also obtain more specific information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf (if you wish, we can assist you to obtain visas through this external service and fees will apply). We do not warrant the accuracy of information provided by any external service and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it (except to the extent caused by fault on our part).
If you are travelling to the United States please see https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ for important information regarding compulsory pre-registration for their visa waiver program (“ESTA”). New Zealand passport holders will not be able to enter the United States without a valid ESTA (or visa). Please note, you may not meet the eligibility requirements of ESTA and may be required to obtain a visa.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.
Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified during the quotation stage in the "Points to Note" section. Some services handle different cancellation policies and they must be respected accordingly.
Entrance tickets of any kind are non-refundable from the moment of booking, unless specified otherwise
There will be also a service charge of 5% on total value in case of cancellation of Land and 5% on total value for any amendments.
Hotel room allocation will be subject to availability and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.
Payment Policies
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards or direct bank payment.
Fees will apply for these transactions and will vary from time to time.
There may be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received in a timely manner. We do not accept liability for this.
We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.
Amendment of Booking by Guest
Any changes after booking for any reason may incur a change fee plus any supplier fees. Re-issue, amendment and upgrade conditions must be completed as per the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. Changes are not always permitted once paid.
In addition to any supplier fees, amendment fees may also apply from the Travel Agent or Broker you are engaged with in the delivery of your trip.
There will be also a service charge of 5% on total value in case of cancellation of Hotel/Land and 2.5% on total value for amendments by Tripfactory.
